1982. Apr.: Daiwabo Co., Ltd. establishes Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd., headquartered in Higashi-ku (now Chuo-ku), Osaka, with capital of 20 million yen as part of a plan to expand into the non-fiber sector, that is, the information field.
1983. Jun.: A sales agent agreement is signed with NEC Corp.
Aug.: Saga Branch was opened.
Oct.: Izumo Branch was opened. Sales of PCs and Office Automation Systems begins.
1984. Jun.: Takatsuki Branch was opened. Sales of Factory Automation Systems begin.
Sep.: Kanazawa Branch was opened.
1985. Oct.: Nagoya Branch was opened in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya.
Dec.: Sales of PCs begin at Takatsuki Branch.
1986. Aug.: Matsue Branch was opened.

1993. Feb.: Kumamoto Branch was opened.

Apr.: Merged and took over operations of DIS Digital Peripheral Trading Co.,Ltd.
DIS Nagashima Corporation created from merger of Nagashima Information & Communication and DIS Information Equipments Sales Co.,Ltd.
Solution Business Promotion Dept. added to Sales Division to increase and strengthen solution business.
Jul.: Sales head offices were reorganized into four head offices to improve organizational efficiency.

2003. Apr.: The Metropolitan Sales Department of the East Japan Sales Division was split into two sales departments so as to stir up demand and expand sales using a more articulate strategy and closer relations with sales areas.
The Tokyo #6 Branch was opened in Taito-ku, Tokyo.
Jun.: Procurement & Sales Promotion Division, Sales Planning Department and Solution Business Promotion Department (Tokyo Head Office) acquired ISO14001 certification.
2004. Mar.: Capital participation in Tomen Cyber Business was made to strengthen the systems solution business.
Apr.: The Procurement & Sales Promotion Division was restructured into 2 sections and 10 groups in order to improve efficiency of operations.
Jun.: Acquisition of ISO14001 certification was extended to Osaka Head Office, Tokyo Head Office, Tokyo Sales Department, and Kansai Sales Department.
Jul.: 4 branch offices were opened under the Tokyo Sales Department, making for a total of 10 branch offices.
Osaka #5 and #6 branch offices were opened under the Kansai Sales Department.
Wakayama Business Office was opened in Wakayama.
Oct.: DIS Nagashima Corporation changed its name to ZOA Corporation.
Osaka Internet Co., Ltd. was restructured and DIS Solution Co., Ltd. was started up in order to strengthen the solution business.
Business sites in Tokyo were relocated and merged into Tokyo Branch in Oi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
Convertible bonds with pre-emptive right were issued.
2005. Jan.: CSR Management Dept. was started to strengthen activities for the company's social commitments.

Apr.: DIS Artworks Co., Ltd. was established to expand the content business.

ZOA Corporation listed on the JASDAQ Stock Exchange.
