Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (Head Offices: Kita-ku, Osaka City and Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Matsumoto; hereinafter “DIS”) is pleased to announce that it endorses the aims of the AWS Japan Regional Revitalization Support Program (hereinafter “LEAP by AWS Japan”), an initiative led by Amazon Web Services Japan G.K. (hereinafter “AWS Japan”), and is joining the LEAP by AWS Japan Program.
LEAP by AWS Japan is a comprehensive effort to support the self-sustaining growth of regional economies through assistance in applying the latest technologies, including cloud, generative AI, and AI agents, together with support for developing digital talent and making use of data within local communities.

DIS began handling AWS cloud services on July 1, 2020, as Japan’s first AWS distributor. Since then, working alongside 112 business locations nationwide and approximately 19,000 dealers, DIS has promoted the adoption of cloud computing across every region of Japan.
DIS has also provided continuous support for launching and expanding AWS businesses through its AWS Business Support Program for dealers, covering cloud talent development, sales and technical support, marketing support, and help generating new business opportunities.

By joining LEAP by AWS Japan, DIS will incorporate expertise in the latest technologies, including cloud, generative AI, and AI agents, as well as talent-development know-how into the support it already provides, further enhancing the value it offers its dealers.
For dealers promoting the use of cloud and AI in their regions, DIS will offer training and support aimed at strengthening their sales proposal capabilities and technical response capabilities, and will additionally support service menu development, business opportunity generation, and joint marketing. By providing this seamless support from commercialization through growth, DIS aims to cultivate the people who will drive cloud and AI adoption in Japan’s regions.

Going forward, DIS will work with AWS Japan to combine its AWS Business Support Program with the LEAP by AWS Japan initiative, further enhancing the support it provides to its dealers.
Drawing on its nationwide network of approximately 19,000 dealers, DIS will cultivate and expand a base of dealers able to stay close to local customers while supporting their use of cloud and AI. Through this, DIS will advance the digital transformation of regional businesses, local governments, educational institutions, and others, contributing to the resolution of regional challenges and to the sustainable development of regional economies.
