Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd.

Daiwabo Information System will implement organizational reform and personnel transfers as per the following.

• A. In order to strengthen sales, configuration, and technical support capabilities through the fusion of cloud and on-premises technologies, and to pursue further business expansion, the Core Technology Department and Cloud Technology Department under the Strategic Technology Division will be consolidated and reorganized, and the Technical Presales Department and Technical Engineering Department will be established.
• B. In order to strengthen the response to new business models and build an efficient sales support structure, a Service Sales Promotion Department will be newly established within the Procurement & Sales Promotion Division, and the Strategic Business Promotion Department will be renamed the Marketing Department.
• C. The sales divisions and departments will be subdivided to promote a more finely tuned and robust sales structure.
  1. (a) The East-Japan & Nationwide Sales Division will be reorganized, and a separate East Japan Sales Division and Nationwide Sales Division will be established.
     Under the East Japan Sales Division, the Hokkaido Sales Department, Tohoku Sales Department, and Kanto-Hokushin’etsu Sales Department will be established.
     Under the Nationwide Sales Division, the Carrier & Communication Sales Department, Mobile & Communication Sales Department, and Consumer Sales Department will be established.
  2. (b) The Metropolitan Sales Division will be reorganized, and Metropolitan Sales Division #1, Metropolitan Sales Division #2, and Metropolitan Sales Division #3 will be established.
     Concurrently, the Minato-Tokyo Sales Department will be reorganized, and the resulting structure will comprise the Minato Sales Department, Shiba Sales Department, and Konan Sales Department, all placed under Metropolitan Sales Division #1.
     Under Metropolitan Sales Division #2, the East-Tokyo Sales Department, Central-Tokyo Sales Department, and Tokyo Sales Department will be established.
     Under Metropolitan Sales Division #3, the South-Tokyo Sales Department, West-Tokyo Sales Department, and Kanagawa Sales Department will be established.
  3. (c) The existing structure of the West-Japan Sales Division will be reviewed, and the Kansai Sales Division, West-Japan Sales Division, and Chubu Sales Division will be established.
     Under the Kansai Sales Division, the Central-Osaka Sales Department and Kansai Sales Department will be established.
     Under the West-Japan Sales Division, the Chu-Shikoku Sales Department and Kyushu Sales Department will be established.
     Concurrently, the Chubu Sales Department will be reorganized, and the resulting structure will comprise the Tokai Sales Department and Chubu Sales Department, both placed under the Chubu Sales Division.
• D. In order to strengthen the functions of the Tokyo Head Office, the divisional functions of the Administration Division will be relocated from the Head Office to the Tokyo Head Office, and the locations of the General Affairs Department, Sales Administration Department, and Personnel Department will be changed from the Head Office to the Tokyo Head Office.
