Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Transfers

Daiwabo Information System will implement organizational reform and personnel transfers as per the following.

1. Organizational reform（Effective April 1, 2025）
  • A. To strengthen the group's logistics competitiveness by establishing a management system for logistics functions from a company-wide perspective, a Logistics Planning Management Department will be newly established within the Management Strategy Division.
  • B. In order to further strengthen the organizational structure for future business expansion by integrating and developing the technical departments of our subsidiary, DIS Service & Solution Co., Ltd., the company will transfer the Core Technology Department and Cloud Technology Department of that subsidiary to the Strategic Technology Division.
