Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Transfers

Daiwabo Information System will implement organizational reform and personnel transfers as per the following.

1. Organizational reform（Effective April 1, 2024）
  • （1）To integrate the functions of management strategy, business strategy, and marketing with system construction and operational functions so as to construct a system for further business expansion, we will newly establish a Strategic Technology Division . We intend to transfer the Information Strategy Department and System Planning Department of the Management Strategy Division to the Strategic Technology Division.
  • （2）For efficient organizational management we will abolish the Corporate Communication Department. We intend to integrate the functions of this department with those of the Corporate Planning Department.
  • （3）We also intend to newly establish a Minato-Tokyo Sales Department within the Metropolitan Sales Division to make the sales system in the areas around Tokyo even more refined.
