Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as DIS; Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka, President: Hiroyuki Matsumoto) has concluded a distributorship agreement with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Check Point (Head Office: Tel Aviv, Israel, CEO: Gil Shwed), a provider of comprehensive cyber security solutions. We initiated our collaboration with Check Point to offer their solutions to the Japanese market to protect cloud, network, and endpoint data.

Conventional security models can no longer cope with the risks involved in the current information-based era, in which the diversification of working practices and the impact of Covid 19 are accelerating the adoption of remote work, including teleworking, and expanding the utilization of cloud networks. These circumstances have led to the spread of cyber warfare. Large numbers of targeted cyberattacks and their resultant damage have been detected in Japan. Companies need to devise defensive strategies and effective cyber security solutions to eliminate these continuing risks.

Each solution based on Check Point Infinity architecture is characterized by the industry’s highest catch rate for all threats, including malware and ransomware. It protects companies and public organizations not only from composite attacks on cloud applications but also from fifth-generation cyberattacks such as account hacking. Dealers can also manage and operate problem-free contracts based on pay-as-you-go plans using iKAZUCHI, the subscription management portal operated by DIS, which handles the services supplied by Check Point.

DIS provides active support to customers, including small- and medium-sized companies in Japan, to help them solve their problems.
