Daiwabo Information System begins offering the Meraki Managed Service to dealers at no charge for one year
- Supporting dealers considering introducing telework -

Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as DIS: Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihiro Nogami) now offers, at no charge for one year, the Meraki Managed Service, designed to provide bundled services, including monitoring, operation, and maintenance of Cisco Meraki, a cloud-managed network product, to dealers considering introducing telework in the small- and medium-sized business environment. By offering it at no charge, DIS aims to support the rapid construction of telework environments, and effective operational management of the dealers' networks, and to promote the spread of telework in companies across the country.

Today, as epitomized by the reform of working practices and emergency response, flexible ways of working, suitable to various business conditions, are being sought, and it has become of critical importance to promote the introduction and spread of telework. DIS has been supporting this initiative through the activities of the Consortium for Promoting the Introduction of Telework and those of our nationwide business bases for small- and medium-sized companies.

DIS will reduce the network operation load of dealers introducing teleworking, by offering, at no charge, the Meraki Managed Service, designed to provide bundled services, including monitoring, operation, and maintenance of Cisco Meraki, a cloud managed network product; thereby contributing to the increased popularization of telework.

The three types of hardware shown below, and their respective licenses, are offered at special prices available only to dealers, and the Meraki Managed Service takes charge of operations after introduction of the service.

*To use the Meraki Managed Service, a contract for DIS's iKAZUCHI subscription management portal is required.
*Only new installations of the above hardware and license are eligible for the free offer of the Meraki Managed Service.
*A maintenance contract is required for on-site maintenance in the case of hardware system failure.
*A separate, fee-based contract is required for installation and setup.
