Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as DIS: Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihiro Nogami) today concluded a distributorship agreement with Works Mobile Japan Corp. (hereafter referred to as Works Mobile Japan: Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yutaka Ishiguro), as part of the partner program promoted by Works Mobile Japan. Based on the agreement, we will offer LINE WORKS through our roughly 19,000 dealers across the country, as a distributor of LINE’s business version, LINE WORKS, offered by Works Mobile Japan. At the same time, we will place LINE WORKS in our subscription management portal, iKAZUCHI, to help subscribers issue licenses and manage IDs smoothly.

LINE WORKS is highly secure chat software that anyone can use in work with the ease one feels when using LINE. This easy-to-use feature allows anyone who has used LINE to fully and instantly utilize LINE WORKS, and will encourage local companies, small- and medium-sized as well as large companies, to introduce LINE WORKS. In fact, LINE WORKS has the largest share of charged business chat software in the Japanese domestic market^*1. With our roughly 90 sales bases covering every corner of Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa, we have an advantage in faithfully meeting the requirements of every customer to their satisfaction, because we can offer community-based services and support throughout Japan.

Utilizing our distinctive strengths, the agreement aims to build an environment where more people, including those working for small- and medium-sized companies, can enjoy the convenience offered by information technology and communication tools. In the future, we will launch a new collaboration solution incorporating LINE WORKS and various IT products we handle, in addition to offering the business chat LINE WORKS.

On LINE WORKS
LINE WORKS is LINE's business version, equipped with various functions useful in work, such as bulletin, calendar, address book, and questionnaire tools, in addition to the chat and stump functions of LINE. Thanks to the familiar user-friendliness on LINE, anyone can utilize LINE WORKS on the day it is installed, without receiving instruction on how to use it. According to the New Market of Software Business, August 2019 Edition^*1, LINE WORKS has had the largest share of charged business chat in the Japanese domestic market for the last two consecutive years.

On iKAZUCHI
iKAZUCHI is a subscription management portal, including cloud service, designed for DIS dealers. It enables them to reduce the order-related man-hours required for their diversifying subscription cloud services, and achieve integrated management of continuous stock business contracts based on monthly and yearly fees, and of their customers. In addition, it satisfies the requirements of complex cloud charging systems such as pay-per-use charging.
