Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Transfers

Daiwabo Information System will implement organizational reform transfers personnel as per the following.

1. Organizational reform(Effective April 1, 2020)

(1)As part of our strategy to expand business, we will strengthen the sales structure of the metropolitan area, which offers the best current prospects for sales growth, and increase our sales in the area. To this end, we will divide our market into three regions: East-Japan Region & Nationwide Customers, Metropolitan Region, and West-Japan Region. At the same time, we will reorganize East-Japan Sales Div. and Nationwide Sales Div. into East-Japan & Nationwide Sales Div., and Metropolitan Sales Div.
(2)We will put the Hokkaido & Tohoku Sales Dept., Kanto Hokushinetsu Sales Dept., Consumer Sales Dept., and Mobile & Cloud Sales Dept. under the control of the East-Japan & Nationwide Sales Div.
(3)We will put the Tokyo Sales Dept., East-Tokyo Sales Dept., West-Tokyo Sales Dept., South-Tokyo Sales Dept., and Central-Tokyo Sales Dept. under the control of the Metropolitan Sales Div.
