On January 15, 2020, Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as DIS: Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihiro Nogami) concluded a distributorship agreement with BlueCat Japan KK. (hereafter referred to as BlueCat: Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Country Manager: Hiroki Nakahara), which makes DIS the first distributor of BlueCat products for the Japanese market, in pursuit of strategic collaboration between DIS and BlueCat. Under the distributorship agreement, DIS will offer and actively promote BlueCat's 'DNS/DHCP/IP address management' (hereafter referred to as DDI) solutions in Japan as BlueCat's only distributor in Japan.

With the spread of efforts to adopt hybrid cloud computing in recent years, companies often face situations in which they have difficulty in flexibly operating their systems and taking appropriate measures for compliance, because of a lack of central control in their existing DNS environment. BlueCat's products allow companies to centralize control and visualize their DNS and DHCP services. In addition, the products can provide a platform for automating network system infrastructures using IP addresses and DNS information as a single data source.

At the same time, with the accelerating spread of IoT, companies will need to connect an increasing number of terminals. Under these circumstances, the collaboration between DIS and BlueCat will enable us to offer our customers added value, to help them increase operational efficiency and strengthen compliance, with the help of DDI platforms.
