Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Transfers

Daiwabo Information System will implement organizational reform and personnel transfers as per the following.

1. Organizational reform (Effective April 1, 2019)

  • (1)To flexibly promote information gathering and strategy formulation for further business expansion, by integrating and developing functions of corporate planning and marketing, we will establish a Management Strategy Div. At the same time, we will transfer the Corporate Planning Dept. of the Administration Div. to the Management Strategy Div. and change its name to the Corporate Planning Dept., and establish an Information Strategy Dept.
  • (2)We have reviewed the organization and roles of the Procurement & Sales Promotion Div.; and based on this review, we will change the name of the Marketing Dept. to the Strategic Product Promotion Dept., to expand business and strengthen the subscription business.
