Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Transfers

Daiwabo Information System will implement organizational reform and personnel transfers as per the following.

1. Organizational reform (Effective April 1, 2017)

In order to change part of the directors' governance system, and achieve even faster decision making and operations in daily business, the governance of the Representative Director, Senior Managing Director, changes from including the General Manager of the Sales Division to being over the whole company. At the same time, part of the governance system of the directors of the Sales Administration Department will be modified.
