Notice of Co-Sponsorship of “Playing with Marvels - Youngsters' Science Festival, Osaka, 2014”

As part of our cultural and social contribution program, Daiwabo Information System will co-sponsor "Playing with Marvels - Youngsters’ Science Festival, Osaka, 2014", organized by the Yomiuri Shimbun. Featuring more than 100 experiment booths established by elementary, junior high, and senior high schools and sponsor companies, the event provides visitors with an extensive range of industrial arts classes and experimental demonstrations. Last year, about 25,000 people, including children and their parents, and elementary and junior-high school students, visited over the two-day period. The event is designed both to present information on science, and to allow visitors to appreciate how science is utilized in society and daily life. Organized with the theme “Science, Technology, and Our Life—Disaster Prevention, Security, Environment, and Energy,” the festival welcomes attendees to enjoy art classes and unique experimental demonstrations throughout the venue.
