Information on organization reform and personnel changes
1. Organization reform
The organization is to be reformed as mentioned below aiming at the unification of the business control system and the outsourcing of some duties in order to improve the management efficiency.

  1. "Eastern Japan Head Division" and "Western Japan Division" are combined to newly establish "Business Headquarters."
  2. "Marketing Department" is discontinued, and "Business Planning Department" is newly established in "Business Headquarters."
  3. "Great-sphere business control section" is newly established in "Business Planning Department."
  4. "Eastern Japan Technology Center" and "Western Japan Technology Center" are discontinued, and the business is to be entrusted to the affiliated company, DIS Technical Service Co., Ltd.. (capital: 29 million yen, 93% by our company).
