| Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as DIS; Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihiro Nogami) and NetApp K.K. (hereafter referred to as NetApp; Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Junichi Iwakami) today jointly launch the NetApp FAS2520 DIS Original Package, an integrated package aimed at helping medium-sized companies introduce NetApp’s entry-level storage system, NetApp FAS2520. We are selling the NetApp FAS2520 DIS Original Package through our 17,000 dealers nationwide, supplied by our 90 sales bases across the country, and assisting medium-sized companies with their introduction of the NetApp FAS2520 DIS Original Package to meet their needs for more efficient file sharing, desktop virtualization, and server integration. The NetApp FAS2520, NetApp’s entry-level storage system, is ideal for medium-sized companies, owing to the excellent cost performance resulting from its superior durability and minimal operational and management costs over the long term. In addition, though an entry model, it has the same configuration as models for large companies, and can reduce the data management costs of an entire IT environment by utilizing the superior functionality of NetApp’s Clustered Data ONTAP®, NetApp’s original storage OS. The NetApp FAS2520 DIS Original Package allows medium-sized companies to simplify their investment estimate for the introduction of NetApp FAS2520, and introduction and maintenance support is offered separately. In addition, customers can utilize the NetApp FAS2520 in combination with various products, using integrated infrastructure such as FlexPod®, by integrating it with various servers and network products offered by Daiwabo Information System. DIS intends to strengthen the collaboration with partner companies, and assist medium-sized companies in introducing an optimal IT system integrating the NetApp FAS2520 DIS Original Package with server and network products, while strengthening the sales of FlexPod®, which combines the NetApp FAS2520 DIS Original Package and Cisco USC servers and solutions for virtualization. Product specifications, sales price, and release date The reference sales price and specifications of the NetApp FAS2520 DIS Original Package, in the minimum configuration, are as follows.
