Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Transfers


Daiwabo Information System will implement organizational reform and personnel transfers as per the following.

1. Organizational reform(Effective April 1, 2015)
 
(1) To expand and strengthen the mobile device business with potential for further sales growth, we will establish the Mobile Sales Dept. in the Nationwide Sales Div., and the Procurement & Sales Promotion #4 Dept. in the Procurement & Sales Promotion Div., as departments dedicated to the mobile device business.
(2) To strengthen the legal function, we will integrate the legal function currently distributed across the CRS Management Dept. and Personnel & General Affairs Dept., and reorganize the CRS Management Dept. into the Legal & CSR Management Dept.
