Notice of merger of subsidiaries



Daiwabo Information System has decided to merge two wholly-owned subsidiaries, DIS Logistics Co., Ltd. and DIS Technical Service Co., Ltd., as described below.

1. Objective of the merger
  DIS Logistics handles the distribution of ICT products sold by DIS, while DIS Technical Service is responsible for service and support of these products. Merging these two subsidiaries allows us to eliminate operational overlap in kitting, logistics, processing, and call center management, in order to increase operational efficiency, integrate know-how, and promote effective utilization of human and management resources, enhancing the respective operations and thereby expanding the business of the entire group.

2. Outline of the merger
  In the merger of the two companies, DIS Logistics Co., Ltd. survives, and DIS Technical Service Co., Ltd. is absorbed. The two companies begin operations anew as DIS Service & Support Co., Ltd.
