Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Transfers

Daiwabo Information System will undertake organizational reform and transfer the following personnel.

1.	Organizational reform (Effective April 1, 2009)
	(1)  To strengthen the function of technical assistance and implementation, we will establish the Technical Promotion Div., within which the Technical Promotion Dept. and Customization Promotion Dept. will be established and into which the Cisco Business Dept. will be integrated. (2) To improve community-based business, we will reorganize the Nationwide & Special Sales Div., the East Japan Sales Div., and the West Japan Sales Div. into the Metropolitan & Kanto Sales Div. and the Corporate Sales Div. The Metropolitan& Kanto Sales Div. will be divided into the Nationwide Sales Dept., the Nationwide Sales Administration Dept. the Tokyo Sales Dept., the Metropolitan Sales Dept., and the Kanto Sales #1 and # 2 Depts. And the Corporate Sales Div. will be divided into the East Japan Sales Dept., the Chubu Sales Dept., the Kansai Sales Dept., the Chu-Shikoku Sales Dept., and the Kyushu Sales Dept. (3) For more effective organizational operation, the e-Commerce Promotion Dept. of the Procurement & Sales Promotion Div. and the Operation Dept. will be integrated into the Procurement & Sales Promotion Dept.
