Daiwabo Co., Ltd. does business mainly in the manufacture, processing, and sales of fiber products, and our company is engaged in the sale of information equipment as part of the Other Business. In regard to personnel, one of our 17 directors are concurrently directors of Daiwabo Co., Ltd. As a rule, we do business autonomously and independently. We are not subject to any management restrictions by the parent company, and in fact we scarcely have any business transactions with the parent company.
