Daiwabo Information System resolved at the board of directors meeting held today to continue the use of the procedure for requesting information disclosure for the purchase of our stocks, which was introduced based on a resolution passed by the board of directors on December 7, 2007, and designed to continue until the end of the first board of directors meeting to be held after the regular shareholders meeting scheduled for June 2009.
Daiwabo Information System also resolved to reappoint all members of the Independent Committee selected at the board of directors meeting held on December 7, 2007. Yasuo Waki and Hirokazu Yamamoto, both of whom are members of the Independent Committee, were selected as outside auditors at the regular shareholders meeting held today.
