| On Receipt of a Response Letter to a List of Required Information |
| Daiwabo Information System provided Effissimo Capital Management Pte Ltd. (hereafter 'Effissimo') with a list of required information in response to the procedure for requesting information disclosure that we published in "Notice of Introduction of a Procedure for Requesting Information Disclosure on Stock Purchases" (hereafter 'the policy').We received a response letter from Effissimo (hereafter 'the response') regarding the list of required information on January 4, 2008. We will examine the response closely and discuss whether the information submitted by Effissimo is necessary and sufficient for us to form an opinion and for our shareholders' fair judgment, and what additional information we should ask Effissimo to provide if the submitted information is insufficient, giving serious consideration to the opinions of the independent committee. If we find the information submitted by Effissimo to be necessary and sufficient for our board of directors to form an opinion and for our shareholders' fair judgment, our board of directors will discuss it in accordance with the policy. If, however, we do not find the information submitted by Effissimo to be necessary and sufficient, we will ask Effissimo to provide additional information. We sincerely ask our shareholders and investors to take note of information that we will publish in the future. The policy has been published as a press release and on our website.
