It was resolved by the Board of Directors of Daiwabo Information System at their October 12, 2004 meeting that the company will issue the first unsecured convertible bonds with the preemptive right. The bonds will be publicly offered at a different price (Yen102.5 par Yen100 face-value) than the issue price (Yen100 par Yen100 face-value).
