| Daiwabo Information System will restructure the organization and transfer personnel as per the following. |
1. Restructuring
(1) October 1, 2004
A Sales Planning Division will be added to the sales operations and a Sales Planning Department will be placed underneath that division.
(2) October 2, 2004
Because of office relocation and integration in the Tokyo area, the Tokyo Head Office will be renamed the "Tokyo Branch". The "Personnel and General Affairs Section of the Personnel and General Affairs Department of the Tokyo Head Office" will be renamed the gGeneral Affairs Section of the Tokyo General Affairs Department".
