The following reorganization and personnel changes took effect as of July 1, 2002.

1.Reorganization (July 1, 2002)

(1) The Sales Division was divided into the following four divisions: Consumer Sales Division, East Japan Sales Division, Chubu Sales Division, and West Japan Sales Division. (2) The business departments of the sales divisions were renamed "Sales Departments" and the following sales departments were established: Consumer Sales Department under the Consumer Sales Division; East Japan Sales Department and Metropolitan Sales Department under the East Japan Sales Division; Chubu Sales Department under the Chubu Sales Division; and Kansai Sales Department, Chu-Shikoku Sales Department, and Kyushu Sales Department under the West Japan Sales Division.
