As part of our cultural and social contribution program, Daiwabo Information System will co-sponsor "Playing with Marvels - Youngsters’ Science Festival, Osaka, 2015", organized by the Yomiuri Shimbun.
In this event, high schools, universities, and companies, both from Japan and abroad, will operate roughly 80 booths for experimentation, art, and performance; demonstrate scientific experiments; and hold art classes for children. Last year, a total of around 25,000 elementary and junior high school students, and adults with children, visited the event over the two-day period.
The event is designed both to present information on science, and to allow visitors to appreciate how science is utilized in society and daily life. Organized with the theme “Science, Technology, and Our Life—Disaster Prevention, Security, Environment, and Energy,” the festival welcomes attendees to enjoy art classes and unique experimental demonstrations throughout the venue. |
