DIS and Japan Communications have concluded an MVNE business consignment contract, by which Japan Communications will provide DIS with communication service infrastructure and a line management platform which support NTT DoCoMo’s LTE/3G. We enhance our communication service business for corporate customers by responding immediately to changes in the times, combining SIM-Unlocked terminals, which we are aggressively marketing, with networks and services offered by our partner companies, and providing one-stop solutions that satisfy the needs of such customers.

Japan Communications is actively developing its mobile solution platform (MSP) business, as an integrated communication service in alliance with partner companies, in addition to its SIM business, which packages SIM (communication service) under the brand name of b-mobile. The company offers a variety of platforms to assist customers in establishing services based on such platforms and on its patented network security technology; striving to strengthen its alliance with partner companies equipped with customer bases and sales capabilities. It provides DIS with back support as an enabler (MNVE), to help DIS concentrate on sales activities aimed at developing its MVNO business.
