| EMC Japan K.K. (hereafter referred to as EMC Japan, Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Toshio Morohoshi, URL: http://www.japan.emc.com/) and Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. This agreement allows DIS to become a primary distributor and to start selling all EMC products through its national network of sales bases with a focus on the "EMC® CLARiX®" series storage system designed for small- and medium-sized companies. DIS announced the "Development and Expansion of New Business" as one of the fundamental planks of its medium-term business plan 'VISION 2010' published in March 2008.
