Notice of merger of subsidiaries
Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd.
Daiwabo Information System has decided to merge two wholly-owned subsidiaries, DIS SERVICE & SURPORT CO., LTD. and DIS Solution Co., ltd. as described below.
1. Objective of the merger
We will merge DIS SERVICE & SUPPORT CO., LTD., responsible for the distribution, service, and support business of the DIS Group, and DIS Solution Co., ltd., responsible for the system integration business, thereby eliminating operational overlap between the two companies in such fields as technology support service and call center management. At the same time, we integrate the know-how of these two companies, promote effective utilization of their human and management resources, and facilitate their business expansion by offering services suitable to the times, to maintain and strengthen the competitive edge of the DIS Group.
2. Outline of the merger
Under the merger, DIS Service & Support will be the surviving company, DIS Solution the absorbed company, and both will conduct business operations under the name of DIS Service & Solution Co., Ltd.
