Daiwabo Information System opens the DIS Estimation support center for Microsoft Azure, the sales support help desk for Microsoft Azure

On June 4, 2018, Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as DIS: Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihiro Nogami) opened the DIS Estimation support center for Microsoft Azure, to offer consultation and estimate support for sales of the Microsoft cloud platform, Azure (hereafter referred to as Azure), from Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd., through cloud solution provider (CSP) programs.

Azure is an open, flexible, and secure cloud computing platform for the enterprise level. Supporting IaaS and PaaS, it contains the latest cloud services, including AI and IoT.
Combining the strengths of DIS’ roughly 90 sales bases throughout the country, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, with the DIS Estimation support center for Microsoft Azure, the DIS Partner Center for Microsoft 365 (opened on January 22, 2018), and iKAZUCHI, our subscription management portal, DIS will support and collaborate with roughly 19,000 dealers, to expand the sales of Azure and cloud solution provider (CSP) products from Microsoft.

As sales support activities for dealers, we also respond to inquiries from dealers who must answer inquiries from end users who have installed Azure. We will make vigorous efforts to support our dealers, to enable them to sell Azure services without anxiety.

■i-KAZUCHI

i-KAZUCHI is the management portal for subscription services, including cloud service, designed for DIS dealers. It allows them to reduce the man-hours required for order placement for diversifying subscription-type cloud services, and to unify the management of contracts of continuous stock business, such as monthly and yearly charges, and contractors. It also satisfies the requirements for complicated cloud charging systems such as pay-as-you-go charging. It began handling Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) products in August 2016, and currently handles 33 services from 15 suppliers.
