Our Customer Experience Center & Executive Briefing Room – a multivendor solution room focusing on user experience – is ready

Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd.

On 1 July, Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (DIS: Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihiro Nogami) will open a Customer Experience Center & Executive Briefing Room (CEC) on the first floor of Sumitomo Oimachi Building (South) in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. This multivendor solution room will offer our corporate customers an opportunity to gain experience in utilizing device-related solutions.

Today’s technological innovations are fostering the use of new devices such as tablets and smartphones and of cloud computing. This evolution of the IT environment is making it more complicated, and the requirements of end-users are consequently growing more sophisticated and diverse. It is thus growing harder for suppliers and dealers to propose comprehensive IT solutions independently. As a leading company that has accumulated an abundance of results as a multivendor in the IT business, we decided to open the CEC as a place where collaborative partners and suppliers can merge their technologies and add value by working out proposals for multiple solutions.

In the CEC to be opened on July 1, we intend to intensify our proposal and verification of system environments. To do this we will establish demonstration environments where visitors can gain hands-on experience as users of the terminals, including PCs and tablets, in the product line we are developing and expanding. At the same time, we want the CEC to be a place where we can create medium- and long-term business models and cultivate new markets in collaboration with the suppliers and dealers who are all our business partners, with a view to incorporating the construction of IoT environments into our future business.
